JMI to Present on Visibility Research at ESOMAR Conference
 

Vanessa Oshima, senior consultant with JMI, will be speaking at the ESOMAR 2004 APAC conference in Shanghai, March 28-30.

Ms. Oshima will discuss the use of Visibility Research for outdoor media, POP, print advertising and packaging. This is particularly important in Asia's cluttered marketing space in order to ensure the maximum return on investment is achieved by such activities.

Her presentation will cover two technologies currently being used successfully in Japan. These are PRS Eye Tracking, which uses infra red lasers to accurately follow the movement of consumers' eyes as they are exposed to visual stimuli, and Consumer Vision Goggles, which allows marketers to record what consumers see as they move around and shop in a store.
