A successful first 6 months for Consumer Vision Goggles (CVG)
 

JMI's Consumer Vision Goggles (CVG) have enjoyed strong interest from the company's clients in the 6 months since their launch in October 2003.

Already many projects have been successfully completed for multi-national companies including manufacturers of personal products, distributors of movies/DVDs and retailers.

JMI's senior consultant, Vanessa Oshima, says, "the technique seems to sit well with the trend that marketers are looking for more ethnographic-type insights into consumer behavior. The consumer-generated movies complement more traditional quantitative data and clients have appreciated the chance to see what customers are actually taking in as they shop in a real store".

JMI has already received strong interest from overseas agencies, and intends to make its CVG technology and analysis kit available in other major markets around the globe within the next 6 months.
