Vanessa Oshima, senior consultant with JMI, will be speaking at the 2005 CTAM (Cable & Telecommunications Association For Marketing) conference to be held in Key Biscane, Florida on 26-28 January 2005.
Ms Oshima will be speaking in the session entitled “Research Methods That Get Us One Step Closer To Consumer Reality” about the use of wireless methodologies in Japan. Specifically she will demonstrate how Japan's advanced mobile communications industry is breaking down the barriers between traditional research and CRM. As a result, market research in becoming more embedded in the on-going business activity.
