JMI wireless CRM featured in “La Revue Francaise du Marketing”
A French language translation of JMI’s ESOMAR paper "From CS to CRM": The use of wireless technologies to integrate market research into day-to-day business in Japan" is featured the May edition of "La Revue Francaise du Marketing".
This paper was first presented at the Esomar Congress held in Lisbon in September 2004 and highlights how Japan's advanced mobile communications industry is breaking down the barriers between traditional research and CRM. As a result, consumer insight is becoming more embedded in the on-going business activity.
